Meet the Staff
Adam Riveiro
Pastor
Pastor Adam Riveiro was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He began attending West Gate Christian School in the sixth grade. As a direct result of the Bible teaching and preaching at West Gate, Adam received Christ as his Savior at the age of sixteen. Two years later, he visited the Boston area on his senior trip, where he fell in love with the region and recognized a need for more Bible-preaching Baptist churches in New England.
Dianne Riveiro was born in Aberdeen, Scotland. When she was six years old, her family immigrated to Australia in a last-ditch effort to save their struggling family. It was while they lived in Adelaide, South Australia that her whole family heard the Gospel and that Dianne, her parents, and her brother all accepted Christ. Years later, they moved back to Scotland to assist a church plant in their home town of Aberdeen.
In 2001, Adam followed God’s leading to attend Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City. Shortly after, he met Dianne while working in the school cafeteria, and they soon fell in love. Two years after meeting, they were married at Bible Baptist Church in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
After graduating from Heartland in 2005, Adam and Dianne moved back to Tampa to serve at West Gate Baptist Church under the ministries of Pastor Bruce E. Turner and Pastor George Pirt. Adam served as the youth director and music director at West Gate and was a part-time faculty member at Florida Baptist College. Additionally, both Adam and Dianne taught at West Gate Christian School. In total, the Riveiros served at West Gate for seven years.
In the fall of 2011, God laid it on the hearts of the Riveiros to plant a church in the Boston area. After a period of planning and prayer, the town of Easton was chosen as the location to plant Liberty Baptist Church. LBC held its first service at Parkview School on June 9, 2013. Since then, God has blessed the congregation with a home at 800 Washington Street in Easton.
The Riveiros enjoy being active in the community. In 2019, Adam was appointed by Easton’s Select Board to the town’s Commission on Disability, where he now serves as treasurer. Adam has also served on the board of directors at Heartland Baptist Bible College since 2017. Dianne also volunteers as a Christian school music teacher for K-12 classes at a local independent Baptist church.
Along with writing books and articles for their family’s imprint, Ready Scribe Publications, Adam and Dianne are columnists for The Old Schoolhouse Magazine, the trade magazine for homeschool families. Adam has also been a guest columnist for Easton’s Journal News Independent newspaper, Save New England magazine, and the Global Baptist Times. To date, he has written over 100 published columns on various biblical subjects.
Adam and Dianne have four amazing children: Bethany, Kaylee, AJ, and Peyton
Dan Imondi
Assistant Pastor
Brother Dan was born and raised in a Christian home in the smallest state of Rhode Island and was blessed of God to grow up in a Bible preaching church where he heard the Gospel on a regular basis. By the grace of God, Dan realized he was a sinner and placed his faith in the Lord Jesus and was saved at the young age of seven! From a child, Dan had a strong and
evident desire to one day become a Bible preacher and at the age of thirteen he submitted the future of his life to the Lord. Upon completing high school, Dan enrolled in Bible college and graduated in 2016 from Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City. It was there that Dan met Cassandra. They were married on June 9, 2018, and now have two beautiful daughters, Lana and Everleigh. Since completing his time in college, Dan has served the Lord in a variety of roles as a faithful church member, church staff assistant, Christian school teacher, and an Evangelist. In the fall of 2021, Dan became deeply convinced in his heart that the Holy Spirit was working in his life regarding the need that exists in New England for pastors and the advancement of the Gospel. As the desire to pastor has grown, the Lord has directed Dan to further prepare for this calling.
Cassandra was born and raised in the state of Michigan and was blessed to be taught the Gospel on a regular basis. She was gloriously saved by the grace of God on Resurrection Sunday when she was eight years old! Toward the end of her years in high school, Cassandra was convinced that she should enroll in Bible college to deepen her knowledge of God’s Word and to prepare to serve the Lord in a specific way. Since graduating from college in 2016, she has had the joy of teaching kindergarten in three different Christian schools and has had a tremendous influence in the lives of countless young people. Cassandra has been faithful throughout the years to serve the Lord with gladness by loving people and influencing them for Christ.
The Imondi family joined Liberty Baptist Church in November of 2023 as Dan became the Assistant Pastor under the leadership of Pastor Riveiro. The desire of the Imondis is to serve and grow with this assembly as the Lord continues to equip Brother Dan for a future pastorate.
